Moms Waffles

When your on-the-go especially on those busy school day mornings, this recipe is a life saver! Takes about 10 minutes to prep and combine all your ingredients and about 20 minutes to make all 4 waffles. Homemade breakfast in under 30 minutes… Bye Bye cereal and hello Mr. Waffle *waves* 😉 .We’re going to call this recipe Mom’s Waffles because they are every moms new squeeze. Okay, let’s get started !

Mom’s Waffles

Difficulty: Easy Peasy

Ingredients

  • Flour-2 Cups
  • Milk- 1 3/4 Cup
  • Vegetable Oil- 1/2 Cup
  • White Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder- 4 tsp
  • Vanilla- 1/2 tsp
  • Kosher Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Eggs- 2
  • Cinnamon- 1/8 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Waffle iron
  2. Beat eggs with a hand mixer or whisk until fluffy in mixing bowl.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Let sit for about 2 minutes and pour in the center of your waffle iron (be careful not to pour too much or your going to be looking at waffle mix pouring out the sides like lava ha ha)
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes each and top with your favorite fruits or toppings (berries, powdered sugar, honey etc..) and there you have it, homemade waffles in under 30 minutes!
